Private drives (drives having three or more addressable structures) were entered from property boundaries overlaid with 1991-Photos. Beginning and ending addresses were added to each road segment. The address ranges for county roads were calculated based on the length of road and starting addresses and intersection. The starting address for county roads were based on the distance of it's starting intersections to addressing axis (Hwy 64 and Hwy 220 Bus). Field verifications were done on all streets. Undeveloped streets were removed from system. City Streets and ranges were added from city street information and field verifications.
